Meet Cassie
Pole dancer. Embodiment guide. Movement teacher.
Woman finding her way home to herself- and helping others do the same.
I didn’t find embodiment because I had it all figured out.
I found it because I didn’t.
Like so many women, I had spent years learning how to show up, push through, and be who I thought I was supposed to be. I could keep moving forward, keep meeting expectations, keep doing all the things—but somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling connected to the person underneath it all.
Movement was what brought me back.
Pole gave me space to explore my strength and sensuality. Dance gave me a way to express things I didn’t have words for yet. And over time, I started realizing that what was happening in my body wasn’t separate from what was happening in my life.
The way I hesitated. The way I held back. The way I rushed through moments instead of letting myself actually feel them.
It was all connected.
And the more I learned how to listen to my body, the more I started meeting parts of myself I didn’t even realize I had been missing.
I was learning how to feel, how to trust myself, how to take up space without needing permission., how to stop trying to become someone else…
and start coming home to who I already was.
And that changed everything.
What started as my own journey became the foundation for Flow Space.
Because I knew I couldn’t be the only woman craving more than a workout. More than choreography. More than another space telling her how she should look, move, or be.
I wanted to create a space where movement could become a way to reconnect with yourself. To explore your creativity. To feel your power. To remember that you get to decide what your life- and your expression- looks like.
Today, I guide women through experiences that blend pole, dance, somatic movement, nervous system awareness, ritual, and creative expression.
Every experience is different, but the intention is always the same:
Come as you are. Meet yourself where you are. And see what becomes possible when you stop performing and start feeling.
My work is shaped by my background in education, years of teaching pole and movement, and certifications in yoga, Pilates, and Reiki.
But just as important, it’s shaped by everything I’ve learned through my own process of reconnecting with myself.
I’m not here to tell you who you should be or hand you a perfect formula for transformation.
I’m here to help you listen.
To your body. To your desires. To the parts of yourself that might have been waiting a long time to be acknowledged.
Because the kind of transformation I believe in doesn’t happen when you force yourself to change.
It happens when you finally give yourself the space to be honest about who you are.
What I bring into the space
Beyond the studio
I’m a creative, a storyteller, and someone who could talk for hours about movement, feminine energy, human behavior, self-expression, and what happens when women start remembering their power.
You’ll usually find me somewhere between teaching a pole class, dreaming up a new workshop, writing down my latest idea, or dancing through something I’m still figuring out.
And if there’s one thing I hope you feel when you step into my world, it’s this:
You don’t need to become someone else to feel at home in your body. You just need space to come back to yourself.
