Hi, I'm Cassie. ✺

I created Flow Space from the belief that feeling connected to yourself changes everything.

For years, movement was the place I returned to whenever I felt disconnected from my body, my emotions, or my sense of self. Through pole, yoga, strength training, somatic practices, and expressive movement, I began to understand something powerful:

The way we move is often a reflection of the way we live.

When we learn to listen to our bodies instead of constantly overriding them, we create space for confidence, clarity, self-trust, expression, and healing.

Flow Space was born from that realization.

What started as pole classes eventually expanded into something much bigger: a space dedicated to helping women and creatives cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves through movement, embodiment, nourishment, nervous system care, and intentional living.

Today, Flow Space exists as a sanctuary for women and creatives who want to move beyond simply getting through life and begin feeling more present within it.

Inside this space, you'll find practices that support the whole woman:
