Experiences

Flow Space experiences are designed to bring people together through movement, connection, and embodiment.

From backyard gatherings and beach flows to workshops, pop-ups, and seasonal events, each experience offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

No two experiences are exactly alike, but all are rooted in the Flow Space philosophy: breathe, feel, flow, and embody.

Virtual Flow Space Workshop: Becoming Visible: A Lunar Creative Reset

Creative Rest & Reset: Waxing Light Session

Join us for a virtual Creative Rest & Reset experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and tap into what’s already unfolding within you.

Taking place just a few days before the full moon, this session aligns with the energy of growth, clarity, and quiet expansion — a time when things are building, becoming more visible, and asking to be acknowledged.

We’ll begin with a gentle somatic movement drop-in to help you land in your body and shift out of the noise of the day. From there, you’ll be guided through a visual and expressive journaling practice, blending creativity and reflection to explore what’s currently taking shape in your life.

We’ll close with a grounding visualization to integrate the experience and anchor what’s emerging, leaving you feeling more connected, clear, and creatively reset.

This is a space with no pressure to perform or “do it right” — just an invitation to move, create, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Bring a journal, any creative materials you feel called to use, and come as you are.

Flow Society LI Event: Create & Connect

Create & Connect

Step into a relaxed, open-air gathering designed to bring creativity and community together. Create & Connect is a Flow Space networking event, open to anyone who feels called to slow down, make something meaningful, and share space with like-minded people.

During this casual outdoor meetup, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own scrapbook page and/or intention jar—whether you’re reflecting on where you’ve been, setting intentions for what’s ahead, or simply enjoying the process of making something with your hands. There’s no right or wrong way to create here, just space to explore, express, and connect.

This is a bring-your-own-supplies event, with a community share element encouraged. Bring any materials you love—magazines, photos, paper, glue, jars, ribbons, markers—and feel free to share extras with others. Think of it as a creative potluck, where inspiration flows as freely as conversation.

Come as you are, meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere rooted in creativity and connection.

More details will be posted on the official event page, and final location details will be shared in the official Flow Society LI group chat.

Somatic Movement, Sound, & Journal in the Garden

Somatic Movement, Sound & Journal
A 90-minute outdoor immersive experience

Step into a gently held space where movement, sound, and reflection weave together into a deeply nourishing experience for body and mind.

We’ll begin with a guided somatic mat flow, inviting you to slow down, tune inward, and move with intention. This is not about performance or perfect shapes, but about sensation, curiosity, and reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythms. Expect fluid, intuitive movement that supports grounding, release, and presence.

From there, you’ll be guided into stillness as you rest into the resonant tones of sound bowls. Let the vibrations wash over you, softening the nervous system and creating space for integration. This portion of the experience offers a moment to simply receive.

With the body open and the mind quieted, we’ll transition into a guided journaling practice. Through thoughtful prompts, you’ll explore what’s surfaced during the movement and sound journey, giving language to insight, emotion, and intention.

We’ll close our time together in community with optional card pulls and a warm cup of tea, allowing space for connection, reflection, or quiet presence before returning to the rest of your night.
